Terms and Conditions
General
- All Tickets are non-refundable.
- Changes in the lineup or venue for multi-artist events do not qualify for refunds.
Deposits
- If you pay a deposit and miss the balance payment deadline, the deposit is void, and no refund will be issued.
Ticket Responsibility
- Ticket Pulse is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets after they have been received by you in any way.
Venue Rules and Event Cancellations
- The Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser, or promoter must be followed.
- It is the ticket holder's responsibility to verify if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
- Venue management may refuse admission and conduct security searches. No refunds will be given if entry is refused for any reason, including dress code violations.
- Check if the venue has a last entry time, as latecomers may not be admitted.
Event Content and Liability
- Event content on the Website is uploaded by third parties; Ticket Pulse is not liable for inaccuracies.
- No refunds or exchanges are guaranteed if the program changes due to circumstances beyond control.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued if an event organiser later offers discounts or promotions at a lower price than what was originally paid.
Complaints and Ticket Validity
- Complaints about an event must be submitted within 48 hours of the event. Ticket Pulse will liaise with the event organiser but cannot guarantee any outcome.
- Tickets are not transferable and may be declared void if not purchased from an authorised outlet.
- Tickets returned as "addressee unknown" may result in order cancellation.
Venue Restrictions
- Check with the venue if photographic/recording equipment, laser pens, mobile phones, dogs (except guide dogs), and personal food/drink are prohibited.
- The event organiser, venue management, and Ticket Pulse are not responsible for personal property.
Merchandise and Media Consent
- Official merchandise is typically only available inside the venue.
- Ticket holders consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed as part of the audience.
Legal and Ticket Limits
- All terms and conditions are governed by English law.
- Event Organisers and Promoter terms and conditions may override those of Ticket Pulse.
- Ticket purchases may be limited per person. Excess tickets may be cancelled.
- Suspected fraudulent ticket purchases may result in order cancellation.
Website and Exchange Policy
- Ticket Pulse is not liable for website access issues or transaction failures.
- Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of Ticket Pulse and the event organiser and may incur a £5 administration fee plus or minus the ticket price difference.
Payment Plan
- Installment plans are set up as automated monthly payments, and there is no option to pay off the full balance in one go.
- If the outstanding balance is not paid within 14 days, your ticket will be void, and any funds already paid will be lost.
- Cancellations of any tickets or any future payments, will result in losing any funds already paid toward the tickets, as all sales are non-refundable according to our Terms and Conditions.
- We're unable to reinstate installment plans.
- Payment dates are automatically set and cannot be modified..
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must keep their contact information updated. Ticket Pulse is not responsible for missed information due to incorrect or outdated contact details.
