Can I change the dates of my payments?

Unfortunately, the payment dates are automatically set and cannot be modified.

My payment has failed. Can I restart monthly payments?

Regardless of why your payment failed, we're unable to reinstate installment plans due to how they are processed by our merchant bank.

I can’t pay within the 14 days. Can I pay later?

The installment plan originally allowed 10 days to pay the balance, but this has now been extended to 14 days. We cannot offer any additional extensions, regardless of the situation, as per the Terms and Conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase.

How do I update my bank details before the first installment is deducted?

I have an installment ticket but can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

We can cancel any future payments, but this will result in losing any funds already paid toward the tickets, as all sales are non-refundable according to our Terms and Conditions.

I have multiple installment plans and want to cancel some but not all.

Due to the automated nature of installment plans, we are unable to cancel individual tickets. However, you can cancel all of them, which will result in losing any funds paid so far, and then rebook the number of tickets you need. Alternatively, you can continue paying off the plans you have, and once fully paid, you’ll be able to change the names on the tickets (up to two times).

Why has my installment plan failed?

Installment plans can fail for various reasons, such as:

Insufficient funds on your bank account. Issue with your bank account. Bank account details have changed. Unusual spending patterns that may have triggered a block from your bank (if so, please contact your bank).

My installment plan has failed. What should I do now?

You have 14 days to pay off the remaining balance of your installment plan. Unfortunately, we cannot reinstate the plan. If the balance is not paid within 14 days, your ticket will be void, and any funds already paid will be lost. You can settle the balance by contacting support.

I canceled my installment plan but still receive emails.

The emails you're receiving are automated. Although your installment plan has been canceled, we cannot prevent these emails from being sent. You may receive another email stating that the payment has failed; please disregard this and any future emails regarding the tickets. The tickets will automatically void 14 days after the due date.

Can I pay off my entire installment ticket at once?

Unfortunately, no. The installment plans are set up as automated monthly payments, and there is no option to pay off the full balance in one go.
